User Reviews

Users appreciate the safety concept and find the app easy to use, but reliability issues dominate feedback. Recurrent problems include registration/verification failures, login errors, and crashes or loading failures when accessing alerts. Many reports show alerts not loading or lacking location/recipient details, and some users cannot see people in need. A few reviews praise trained agents and community benefit, but stability and reliable alert delivery must improve for the app to reach its safety potential.

Pros

The app represents a valuable safety concept with potential to help the community.
Easy to use / user-friendly.
Support from trained and attentive agents provides reassurance.
The safety idea gives users a sense of security in dangerous situations.
Considered a great idea for safety.

Cons

Crashes and loading failures when opening alerts or during notifications.
Registration/verification problems (verification code not delivered or cannot verify via SMS/WhatsApp).
Alerts/notifications do not load or show details (try later) and cannot view location or recipients.
Cannot see the people in need or nearby on the map.

Recent reviews
