Had this system put in at my apartment gates. Usually have to wait a minute or more for it to work if it works at all. The system is frequently down and the gates are kept open while they wait for it to be fixed. Inconvenient, insecure, horrible horrible service and app. I DO NOT recommend using this for your community.
