I would pick up on ESHYFT on if their payment system wasn’t so stupid! “Instant” pay to bank requires 1-2 business days. “Instant” pay to THEIR preload card needs approval first even if you’ve been charged the $3.49 fee!!! Makes no sense. Take a page out of Clipboard payment book. Their instant pay to your bank account is only $2.99 and it’s less than 15 mins. I don’t need a Fingercheck account and then a Rapid Pay account for me to get my INSTANT pay. ESHYFT really needs to work on this. Instant pay should be INSTANT with no loopholes. They deactivated my account without even further explaining what I did wrong. They stated I cancelled a shift right before the start time which is absolutely NOT true. I cancelled 3-4 days before the start of the shift day due to being extremely sick. This was also MONTHS ago. They sent me a notification on the app that I did a no call no show for THAT shift when I canceled 3-4 days prior. Again, this was MONTHS ago when this occurred yet they sent me a notification month later that I was getting penalized for it??? Make that make sense.. I spoke to Fin and they just sent me an automated email saying it was due to reliability history. How come I keep getting notifications about shifts needing coverage when my account is deactivated???? Worst app ever… there’s barely any shifts in my area anyways.. I switched to ShiftKey and ShiftMed since they’re more reliable
