Downloaded the app and it worked for 2 weeks. Then it stopped allowing me to login. Followed all the steps that IT stated to do, still does not work. Removed app and downloaded again, made sure it was updated. Very frustrated and IT gave up trying to help, they stopped responding to my emails inquiring what to do next!
