I’m a daily user of the app and get frustrated how many clicks it take to submit an order. Sometimes I show up at the cafe to collect my order, only to realize that it didn’t final submit.

Customer support through this app is genuinely terrible and never refunds you even if support cancels your order. Support canceled my order on me- not even the school itself then sent a new order in that was COMPLETELY wrong and had random add-ons of things I was allergic to? Which was terrible since what if I had eaten that incorrect order that support messed up? Then they never refunded me and never check their in-app support inbox. Literally just use ur school points and never use ur card on this app.
