Most reviews target reliability and usability issues: the app forces re-authentication for each course, crashes or misrenders when accessing tee times after updates, hides or cannot modify existing reservations, offers scarce/inconsistent tee-time availability, and suffers from a cumbersome, laggy cross-course navigation.

Cons

Requires login again for every course; no persistent sign-on across JC courses.
Frequent crashes and broken booking flow; updates cause rendering issues and even infinite loops.
Unable to view or modify existing reservations in the app; must use the course website or phone to manage bookings.
Tee time availability is scarce and inconsistent across courses; early and 18-hole slots are hard to find.
Cumbersome cross-course navigation with many steps and repeated logins; overall poor user experience and lag.

Lost my access to existing reservations along with a completely different UI. For the money we spend on the membership and all other JC costs I would expect more. Be better….

The worst thing before this update was having to login on some courses but not others. Now some courses default back to the standard web page where you have to click through again to enter booking engine but the rendering overlaps and won’t let you proceed. It just takes you to an infinite loop. How bad can you be to break something that’s just needs to hold onto cookies and point to the actual booking engine and not a web page to get to a different booking engine that’s broken?
