-I paid money to them and 1 day later my card is inactive with no one telling me why -This service avoids you reaching a human on their side like the plague. -Calling support you get a pre-recorded robot talking to you. On Credimax Cardy you get a human less than 30s. -The chatbot is not chatbot, its clicking maze with subject pre-selected by them -Contact form lets you painstakingly fill in 7 fields most of it already available in my profile -adding phone number tells you its wrong, but it doesn't tell you you need international code(00XXX) -Calling their support line, instead of getting human assisstant, they spam you with their offerings advertisements. -its hard to tell the difference between the cards. It seems you pay 20BHD extra for Metal card just to get 1% more cash back on foreign currency.
