Users praise a clean, easy-to-use interface and a pleasant, well-designed layout. However, the app suffers from persistent reliability and stability problems: unstable inverter connections and slow or missing data; bugs introduced by updates; login/signup hurdles with weak support; removal or non-persistence of settings and remote control; and poor iPad compatibility. In short, major improvements in reliability, update stability, and cross-device support are needed.

Frequent bugs and regressions after updates that disrupt core features
Sign‑in/sign‑up problems and lack of timely support
Inability to change settings/remotely control (settings removal or not persisting)
Compatibility issues on iPad and other Apple devices (app instability on iPad, not functioning)

Recent reviews

The app seems decent, considering I’m new to the world of solar powering, inverters and what not. The update/refresh rate is pretty slow though. HOWEVER, they do offer a paid faster refresh rate that I believe comes with a longer data storage on their cloud. BUTTTT…. Even after paying for increased refresh rate, it does not refresh/ update live data as the paid subscription states. It claims every 5 seconds but I think it’s more like every 20 seconds, sometimes much longer. Just be patient and stick with the free plan. Also the graphing for power consumption and production isn’t the greatest or easiest to use.

I went through the proper steps but I can let see my data. Just the data logger that only lists the specs of the unit…..love the inverter but this would have been nice to have
