Reviews show a once-strong scale that now suffers persistent Bluetooth pairing and data-sync problems. The app often limits metrics to weight/BMI, with missing body composition data and unreliable Apple Health syncing. Support is inconsistent, and several users suspect the company is no longer active, with little app updates. A subset of users liked the hardware, but overall reliability and vendor responsiveness drive widespread frustration.

Pros

Quality hardware scale with positive impressions when it works.
When pairing succeeds, Bluetooth data transfers to the iPhone for weight tracking (no upsell).
Historically reliable for years before current issues, according to long-time users.

Cons

Chronic Bluetooth pairing and connectivity failures (won't pair, white square during setup, occasional internet pairing issues).
App/data limitations: only weight and BMI visible; missing body fat/lean mass and inconsistent data syncing to the phone or Apple Health.
Poor support and signs the company may be out of business; unresponsive, with little to no updates.
Mandatory account/login adds UX friction and risk of data loss when accounts fail.

Recent reviews

This worked great up until recently. The data is all disappeared in the company. Email is taken down, so there’s no way to even get in touch with them. Avoid anything related to these people.

I’ve had this scale going on 3 years and it has stopped functioning ( in app) this last month. My history is gone and it won’t update. I’ve logged out and it won’t let me log in or create a new account. . A smart scale without the smart features is pointless.
