Recent reviews

As the previous comment stated, all of a sudden, my scale is no longer working. I can still get my weight, but the app is not tracking the trends. It’s as if the data clears every time I weigh in.

The scale worked for a long time, but suddenly everything stopped working. My entire history disappeared, the scale became unpaired, and after logging out to troubleshoot, I could no longer log back into my account. The app only displays “An error occurred. Please try again!” despite reinstalling it and trying different networks. A smart scale is only as useful as its app. Without access to my account or data, many of its key features are unusable. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend this product.
