Help guide children to acquire the habits that will foster excellent facial and jaw development.

This app was designed by Dr. Sandra Kahn, author of GOPex, Let´s Face it!, and JAWS, a Bay Area orthodontist with more than 20 years of experience who practices Forwardontics: the way your everyday behavior (like breathing or chewing) has an impact on the development of your jaw, face and health.

GOPex app is intended for parents who want to help their kids (ideally from 4 to 18 years old) achieve the best postural habits for optimum face development and health.

Following the tutorial videos provided, eligible parents will send videos of their kids performing postural exercises: chewing, counting or reading. Each video will be reviewed and provide 90 days of guidance and feedback for improvement.

You will see incredible results by 30 days, but the goal is to make good posture a lifetime habit.
