Recent reviews

I rarely leave reviews on apps but I’m not sure where else to go. I recently downloaded the OnSong app with intent to purchase the premium membership. However, when I tap the “Upgrade to OnSong Premium or Essentials” CTA button in the app, there is no option to proceed with purchase. In addition, the popup modal with the “start free trial” is not live (tapping the start free trial does nothing). I’m not sure where else to go, since their premium support is only available for paying members, and since I’m unable to upgrade, I’m stuck in an unfortunate loop.

I got this app to do some simple work setting up setlists and controlling my setlist with a foot pedal. To do anything of value, you have to sign up for a subscription, which is fine, I signed for the pro version so I could do what I wanted. Even after I did that every time I went to access any function, I was blocked by a screen asking me to sign in and upgrade. No matter how many times I went through these steps, I could never get past this screen. Deleting this app and moving to an app more focused on an intuitive interface.
