The game wouldn’t be so bad if the gacha rates were lower, 4.20 for PAID gems is low and .20 for FREE gems is lower. It doesn’t help either that in end game once you’ve done it all the only things you can rely on for gems is simply events, daily logins, the daily mission that gives you one gem, and sometimes helping new people. To rub salt in the wound your hard pity is 30 hero gems that you only get PER 10 pull summons. I did the math for you and thats 1,500 gems…how do you suppose you can get that when everything is said and done…to make matters worst if you decided to go the pay route…$80 usd gets you 40 pulls…$100 will maybe get you 50 pulls…at that point you’re just scrounging for gems and only new players benefit from any collab banners…speaking of what they been doing recently…collab after collab after collab…you spent all your gems on the last collab only for the next one to be right after and its a rerun with a unit you wanted since it first came out but had no gems saved for it or couldn’t pull the character. Well sorry tough luck can’t get that rerun because you need at least 1,500 gems that you most definitely don’t have to guarantee the character. If they just made the ability to get more gems a LOT more frequent and dropped the hard pity from 30 to 15 or lower it wouldn’t be so bad. If you just fix those two things I believe the game would attract more people.
