Reviewers largely criticize AAM All Access for excessive and opaque payment fees and for a stubbornly difficult user experience. The app offers centralized access to HOA information and allows online dues payments, but frequent login problems, crashes, and balance mismatches undermine reliability. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I am all set up and have everything that I need to get started in our new community! Her communication has been fabulous and I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience as sometimes getting set up in a new home can be difficult!
