I cant even open the app its just stuck on the loading screen forever.

I would love to use the app if it loads but I’ve tried everything. I’ve deleted the app, I’ve powered off my phone, I refreshed the app I've tried everything to fix it but its still not working so if you can fix that so I can actually use the app that would be awesome.
