Whether you're a business owner, admin, or homeowner, RSM makes security management simple and secure.

With the RSM app, you can: • Log in to access panels linked to your email on any Apple device • Arm or disarm your security system remotely • Control specific areas and bypass points as needed • Add, edit, or remove users with ease • Invite new users to your panels through the app • Receive push notifications for Alarms, Arming, Access, and System events • View full event history • Control doors, outputs, points, and custom functions • Watch live video from cameras configured on your B & G Series panels • Silence active alarms • Assign friendly names to each panel • Access in-app tutorials to get started quickly

Getting Started To use RSM, you’ll need a Keenfinity Single Sign-On (SSO) login. This secure authentication service is free and easy to set up. Ask your installing dealer or an existing admin user to invite your email address. Once invited, just log in—and your linked panels will appear automatically.

Requirements & Compatibility • Compatible with B and G Series panels running firmware 3.09 and above • Full feature support requires firmware 3.10 or later • Uses TLS 1.2 encryption and enhanced security checks for added protection • Requires iOS 17 or later (iOS 18 recommended for latest security enhancements)

Recent reviews

While some of the earlier issues with this app have been resolved, others have not and new ones have cropped up. For me, I haven't got a notification from this app in months even though I have them turned on. Connecting to the panel can be show too.

The Bosch app was awaful, but RSM is even worse. Notifications don’t work even after resetting it. The app crashes, it is not intuitive, etc. Get to work and improve it. Otherwise, people like myself will switch to other panels.
