2026-01-04	Cv*****	I love the game and enjoy playing three rounds of level six with the free tickets earned every 20 hours. Unfortunately, January won’t load and developer website is down, so daily ritual is lost. Bummer.

2025-07-02	my*****	I have been playing this game every morning for years as it helps me to focus. Unfortunately yesterday it started claiming that my subscription has expired while it is paid until June 2026…! The “Support” button for the app on the App Store opens a web page with the error message saying “Bad Gateway”. Even attempting to cancel the subscription from iCloud Account settings does not work (and no error message explaining why of course as always with Apple for corner cases 🙄)

2025-05-30	Sh*****	I enjoy playing the game, and bought a subscription. I switched IPads, and the subscription did not follow. I’ve tried lots of things, but I can’t even contact support. I always get bad gateway, and can’t reach support. Ive paid until October , but haven’t been able to use it for 6 weeks……………

I paid for an annual subscription and I still have had no changes on my app, even after clicking “restore purchases” several times, deleting and redownloading the app, etc. Also never heard back after submitting a request for help on the developer’s site. I love the game but hate that I just lost $35 for nothing

2022-11-10	KJ*****	I love this game! It’s an incredible puzzle game, I use it both to relax and when I need to flex my brain, but I do have one complaint. I have been playing a long time, and I have over 8000 coins. Not something I would complain about, but there is no use for them! The monthly levels only cost 100 coins, so even if I unlocked every pack, I’d still have thousands of coins. I understand the appeal of having to play more to unlock more levels, but could there maybe be a feature where we can spend coins? Buy more tickets, color packs, vs. icons, etc?

2019-07-07	Si*****	I started playing this three days ago and enjoy this quite a bit. However the absence of an undo button is a major flaw. There have been several times already where I accidentally touched a row-end or column-end number that clears the entire line in the middle of a level 5 or 6 game, and then the solution is messed up and there is nothing I can do except restart the game.
