I purchased 2 complete set of boxes, folders, and personalized stickers, something I had wanted for years. Unfortunately, there were issues with the name stickers, one had a printing error, while the other was ordered incorrectly on our end. We contacted the company promptly, but were told our only option was to repurchase both stickers for approximately $8 each. Despite reaching out multiple times, there was no willingness to offer a replacement, discount, or meet us halfway, as we were told this was simply their policy. I understand policies regarding customer ordering errors, but considering we purchased the complete set and also experienced a printing issue, the lack of flexibility was disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider purchasing the remaining baby book products or another box for my third child.

This was so easy to set up . You have to complete three chapters then they automatically get sent to you after you buy the book. You can set reminders so you don’t fall behind.
