They will hold your money and not let you take it off for “ security “ reasons

I had a very frustrating experience with OKX. After using the platform and completing verification with the same documents I had previously provided, I was suddenly told that their system could not verify my identity. I contacted support multiple times over more than a week. Every representative gave the same response: they would “escalate” the issue. However, nobody followed up, nobody provided a solution, and no one seemed able to explain what the actual problem was. After spending days trying to resolve the issue, I received an email informing me that my account would be restricted, I would no longer be able to trade, and that I had only 14 days to withdraw my funds. This was extremely concerning, especially considering I had a significant amount of money on the platform. The lack of communication, transparency, and customer support was disappointing. If you’re going to restrict a customer’s account, at least provide a clear explanation and a real path to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.
