Since a recent update scans often fail on the first attempt. Sometimes scans work but you hear nothing. It’s as if a race condition has been introduced in the update.

It is surprising the lack of functionality in this app. Why can’t I export data or images? Why is my daily glucose graph this little chart that I can only guess what the range of numbers is? Why can’t I slide the bar from left to tight and have it report what my glucose was at any given time. The web version is not much better. For a company as large as Abbot, I would expect better.
