App has not been sending verification codes for months now might as well just shut down the app

The app should work for editing my profile looking at my monthly statements it has a button. I clicked the button and it says sorry we do not provide this anymore for the past five months, the app does not work very well there is no biometric ID, but they did have it before then removed it and if you have the goal of speaking to a real person, you cannot find that phone number on the app you have to go online would not suggest
