She was always attentive, understanding, and ready to answer every concern with patience. The best part was that the meal plans never felt restrictive — I could still enjoy foods I loved while working towards my goals. That balance made the entire process sustainable and enjoyable. Apart from helping with weight management, the guidance also improved my daily energy, confidence, and overall lifestyle. The personalized approach, practical tips, and continuous motivation made a big difference throughout the journey. They never told you about new way of diet “ Once you pay they never call you if you miss there one call to setup account

DO NOT ENROLL ESPECIALLY IF OUT OF INDIA!!!!! This company will target you with multiple calls and schemes and basically convince you to pay for 3 months based on FAKE promises. I was promised a coach and dietitian based on my timezone which was not delivered. If a coach would be on leave, they would leave you hanging with no replacement. You basically had to beg them to give you someone for services you PAID for. There is no accountability and horrible customer service. I have talked to 11 people in their so called “management team” out of which noone could find resolution. I ASKED FOR A PARTIAL REFUND but they practically refused saying to look at their terms and conditions. They are basically charging for 3 months providing service for less than a month. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY ESPECIALLY FOR INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS. DO NOT USE.
