This app is so outdated. The UI is boring and hard to navigate. Making a transfer both online and through the app is extremely time consuming and complicated. Please simplify the online transfer process. For BOC to BoC payments, why do I have to first save the account details? I should be able to input the account details and amount and send. Saving the details should be optional. Please fix this. And please hire a good company to develop a better app.

Please Hire a professional Software Developer Not user friendly Always getting stucked Everyday breakdown Check HNB commerical Bank apps Works well looks like designed by professionals Boc app looks like made by a grade 11 computer students Even make the bugs to not breakdown everyday Using for 2-3 years everday stucks n doesnt work
