Started off pretty good, I was host and had many renters. The city I live in caught on and didn’t like it so they sent me multiple violations and fees and told me to shut it down. When I tried to work with Neighbor to get everything removed off my property, they said since the city shuts me down that I violated the terms of service and abandoned me to figure it out on my own. I now have tons of abandoned items on my property and Neighbor refuses to help, meaning I now have to spend thousands to have it all removed. So as long as you continue to bring them in money and you don’t get any surprises, you might be okay. If something happens that’s out of your control, they will absolutely leave you high and dry.
