RIVA Voice

This app has improved very much over the years. Now it does most of the things needed to make the speakers very usable now and to reach their potential. The bass and treble controls now work and provide 10 db of adjustment. I have a Festival and even with decreasing the bass 10 db, sometimes the bass is still too heavy. Better equalization in the app would be helpful. Firmware for the speakers can now be updated OTA by the app. A week ago I bought a brand new, never used Festival on eBay for well under $200 and shipping was free. Three different individuals seem to have large lots of these speakers they are selling. Mine was manufactured in August of 2017 and has not seen the light of day until I opened the box a few days ago. It is beautiful and works perfectly. I updated the system and Cast firmware using this app. The Festival was designed to work in the Google ecosystem. The Concert was designed to work with the Amazon Alexa ecosystem. However, a person can take any Amazon speaker, like an old Echo or Echo Dot and plug it into the AUX jack of the Festival, choose AUX as the input, and it can be used just like an Amazon Echo speaker, communicating with Alexa. Using Apple AirPlay, I am able to use this speaker with Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Apple Music, SiriusXM, and more. I have another Festival that I bought in 2019 for well under $200 and it was manufactured in April of 2017, still working great. It is incredible that after almost 10 years of this speaker being introduced, brand new ones are still being sold at such a reasonable cost. I am very appreciative that the app for this speaker is still being updated. Thank you.

I am able to control a flash drive well which has all of my music on it.I don’t know if the RIVA arena will take updates but it does connect to the internet well
