Love love love the birria ramen with an egg added. Also the crispy chicken. Mostly go with friends and family to the restaurant but also once took a 10 piece crispy chicken to work for meal break. Only ate 5 pieces and ended up using the air fryer to warm up the remaining pieces. So goooooood. Marissa was our server at the Trailhead location today and there were 13 of us which I know is a huge task for wait staff. She handled it with professionalism and friendliness.
