2025-07-28	Ch*****	Non- functional. I want too check my balance & add money- you can't 🙄. It took hours to figure out how because the App just looks like a tacky tasteless billboard for video games. I t looks like it was made for children or teenagers who want to play video games. No elegance. No clarity- you must wade through the noise of all the promotions & commercials. It doesn't look professional at all. Their competitor has a much better clear clean app. Also all my messages are in Khmer. The Metfone store just told me to change it on the App- you can't. I then spent about 2 hours texting with a horrid rep who kept giving me the wrong number sequence to change the language. When the person finally gave me the right one they were so snide & said see I gave you the right numbers all along. No all the other times they were leaving out the asterisk. It worked for a day & now I am back to messages I do not understand. Very unimpressed with Metphone. That includes the app.

For a few minute moment deduction appeared; suppose there is free or other exchange remaining but not displayed, then just a few more minute, it cut all my $22 main balance. If the app show exactly, I would have exchanged again. I won’t exchange again because I had just exchange and hardly using it for internet as it is very slow; mostly for calling to a friend of mine in suburb only! Exchange hardly show up correctly! Deduction made it quickly with a few minutes browsing :( Very very bad for internet using user and not recommended if you’re mostly in downtown or your friends are! Only a little better signal for calling to some suburb only!😥 Duration of each refilling and using isn’t a good biz model! If main balance remain too much, it shall just extend up as frequent refilling! You refilled too frequently; even one dollar, extension to overall period shall be the same of total refilling! I have no idea what is the method of calc but I faced such short period of receding or making call even refilling up to $22. Make change the app or UI and the like, I’ll write again!
