They sent a literal Crackhead to my jobsite. No customer service so I can’t reach out. This person was unqualified and ended up costing me triple what he was supposed to be paid and he was sent home.

Application crashes while using, forces auto hire in order to post gig. Hires individuals repeatedly without letting me pre-select them. Having to cancel the worker to put someone else in slot is very annoying. The profile information available is very limited for the Workers. Only about 50% of people I contacted in reference to a bid they placed responded back. Fee/rate is a little hirer than service provided.
