Did not record time and distance properly. My saved tracks would randomly disappear, even with offline maps downloaded. Super inconvenient if you are out in the wilderness trying to find your way back or trying to not retrace your steps while looking for sheds.

Bad glitches that send you back to the Home Screen when editing maps or deleting them

They don’t respond to any emails asking for customer service. I am going on my fourth email in 10 days asking for help. No customer service phone number either. App has its benefits too.
