This app used to work very well for me to communicate with my elderly Dad - but once it updated, it’s basically useless. Cuts off the last word of every sentence and simply doesn’t work 90% of the time. Please fix it

Installed. Opened. Tested. Nothing appears on screen. Tested again. Same result. Checked app website. No phone support. Getting Started guide links to different website which requires registration. Registration is a form of signing up. Instructions and all requirements ought to be clearly, succinctly on main website page.
