With VårdX3, you can easily and securely contact your healthcare provider and conduct video calls.

Here’s how to do it:

Download and install VårdX3

Select your healthcare provider – enter the code you received from your provider (only once)

Log in with BankID (if you don’t have BankID, you can request it from your bank)

Answer a few questions and book a time that suits you

Pay if the appointment requires payment

When it’s time for the meeting, the healthcare provider will call you—you don’t need to have the app open

In some cases, we will schedule a meeting for you. You will then see this booking in your app when you log in. We may ask you to pay for the appointment and answer a few questions beforehand.
