Recent reviews

The fact that you can’t cancel orders is beyond me. Also, that no service on Sunday both in store and technical support. In today’s world that is not acceptable, for this kind of “service” a customer should at best have the ability to cancel orders that can’t be fulfilled.

Nothing loads, even searching by name, article or brand. Going thru the departments is so complex and a mess. Definitely not user friendly like other apps. It used to be super simple to use and after updates they just made it worse.
