This app has a poor Bluetooth connection that links to your truck with a Verizon connect constantly has disconnected issues call customer support still has issues. It works when it wants to, and if the apps running more than two hours, it’ll automatically de Bluetooth even with the updates. It doesn’t change anything Verizon thinks it’s the updates. Need to be always updated even if you do all the updates. Your tablet or phone is up-to-date. Still connection is you. Good luck with this app. It’s the only one my work uses, and it constantly has problems. Something needs to be fixed.

Have used this app for about 5 years now because of my companies choice. After this amount of time I have learned a lot about this app. This app will crash often, hangs up frequently, get stuck on “driving” consistently even when vehicle is off. Overall while the rest of the software may be good as I’ve never used that side, the drivers side is absolutely terrible. 0/5 if I could. It barely works for the bare minimum… same issues, years after making this review… devs are not maintaining this app at all.
