Absolutely the worst!!!! Don’t think just because you have a cell phone plan with Verizon that the Verizon Connect ELD or electronic logs is the same. It’s totally different over seas support unlike your Verizon stores. They use a state side salesman and as soon as they sign you up you never hear from them again. They respond to you like 48 hours later. They literally will not pick up the phone, you have to leave messages and emails. They call you usually after 3:00pm from weird numbers that you think are spam. They all use fake customer service names as well. They auto renew your contracts and just keep charging you. Then they offer huge early termination charges to get out of it. The equipment absolutely sucks, the app for the phone sucks, the fleet management sucks. There is a reason why it’s 2.3 stars, don’t make the same expensive/frustrating mistake we made!!!
