User Reviews

Beck’s Rewards is praised for friendly, attentive staff and strong value, but many reviews flag persistent app problems after iOS 18, including crashes and inoperability. Some users note frustration with updates and varying device compatibility. In-store service and pricing remain highlights, but app reliability needs improvement for a consistently positive overall experience.

Pros

Staff across Beck’s locations are consistently described as amazing, friendly, and helpful.
Prices are among the best around and provide strong overall value.
There are positive notes about app improvements and anticipation of a better experience as updates progress (design looks appealing and ongoing Apple collaboration).

Cons

Beck’s Rewards app crashes or won’t open after the iOS 18 update, reported across multiple reviews.
Update-related reliability issues and strong frustration, including calls for avoiding updates until fixed (e.g., 'Zero stars!').
Reliability appears to vary by device/OS version, with reports of crashes on iPhone X and iPhone 14 after updates.
