Disappointed on the customer service, we called and asked for support because the app isn’t working right. It was a 30 minute wait time, once it was our turn the person that assisted us pretended that he couldn’t hear me even though I could hear my voice echoing through his phone.

It takes up to two days for their system to update your plates. So after DMV gave you new plates , changed your registration document, you still have the old plates! For two days. So what do you do! Not drive. Or remove this thing that was installed by the dealer! It’s ridiculous! They can’t be that busy, 2-3 license plates. KEEP UP! I’ll never get this dumb system again! Even with the 5 year include from the dealership. There is still an anual service to activate with DMV! The dealership never mentioned that!!!!!
