Edit: I have reached out to support 2 times and now when I reach out there is no support available, the page is gone. I have multiple orders paid through them that shipping numbers no longer work for, app problems that have cost me money. The company is a scam now. I have had issues with machines not working, people moving items as I’m moving the claw, support taking weeks to get back to me (if they ever do) and now the provided tracking numbers say there is no item. Don’t waste your time or money. Go to a real arcade, at least there you don’t have lag.
