Agree with the other reviewers. This app has very poor UI, especially for this day and age. 1) Can’t register via app - need to do it through web portal. 2) Verification email has not hyperlinked. You have to manually copy/paste into a separate browser. 3) After you register, be sure to write down the number under your name at the top right corner. THAT is your username. You cannot use your email or account number. It’s so strange. I finally got it after a few mins and a “forgot login” email. Hoping the other UI bits are better.

The app is worthless and just goes to expired pages sometimes in the defunct website… Sometimes to defunct pages within the app. Actually, there are no pages in the app except the landing page which does absolutely nothing login is impossible. Login reset is impossible and using your email results in getting locked out. There is no way to make a digital payment for your homeowners association. Don’t waste your time.
