I called and asked for a ride, the lady that picked up hung up on me TWICE. So when I called the third time I was clearly annoyed/upset. She picked up quickly and said “I don’t know why you keep calling, I’m not sending you a ride.” At first I was just confused, but then I read other review and realized the company is just a piece of cr*p. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF ON A RUSH, OR IF YOU JUST GOT OUT OF WORK. I was legit after work for an hour looking how to get home after she hung up on me for the 3rd time!
