Pros

Strong mobile accessibility that lets admins and technicians access information from anywhere (including while traveling).

Cons

Photo handling is repeatedly problematic: uploads are slow or fail, cannot sort/reorder photos, and camera/photo capture (focus/orientation) issues hinder proper image capture.
App reliability and stability are poor: frequent crashes, random logouts, login session expiry, and error codes after updates break daily use.
General performance is slow: long loading times and slow interactions impact productivity beyond photo uploads.
Missing essential features/workflow gaps: lack of service scheduler, reporting, and other key capabilities; limited management of inventories and locations in mobile app.

The mobile has really changed the way things are in the service dept and for myself as an owner, accessing information while I’m out of the country is incredibly useful, and the technicians have nothing but great things to say about it as well.

Uploading photos is very slow. Very very slow

New to the system. Very slow on the upload of photos. You can’t reorder the pictures. Good luck trying to take a profile picture. Try to update service tickets and it will not save your work. Having a functional mobile app was a major factor in signing up with LS. Very disappointing!
