The mobile has really changed the way things are in the service dept and for myself as an owner, accessing information while I’m out of the country is incredibly useful, and the technicians have nothing but great things to say about it as well.

Uploading photos is very slow. Very very slow

New to the system. Very slow on the upload of photos. You can’t reorder the pictures. Good luck trying to take a profile picture. Try to update service tickets and it will not save your work. Having a functional mobile app was a major factor in signing up with LS. Very disappointing!
