I installed the app several times and when I click start configure, it says that the app is offline when it is connected to the Wi-Fi. It then blanks out and I’ve installed it 3 times, doing the same thing. It never gets to the point where it says, Online and it’s connected on my Wi-Fi. Please correct the problem because it does not get pass the start configuration! Thanks!

Did what the instructions said word for word and nothing worked. It’s stuck on “offline”. Looked online for help and just got the same instructions. 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️
