This app is not usable if you have credit card. It lacks viewing the transaction history, locking card etc. Also it force closes once you click on the amount balance. Useless app. When will you release the new one. We cannot take advantage of the high CL given without a proper app.

Worst bank app ever….:always loading then,it will pop up time limit expired . Then getting back to log in again and again and agaid…you can’t even pay your credit card online until due date comes😡

Everything was functioning well with my China Bank mobile app until a recent maintenance around early September 2024, after which I’ve been completely unable to access it. This is a pressing issue as I have bank transfers to manage, and this access problem is causing significant inconvenience. I’ve already attempted to contact the numbers provided in the website, but no one has responded, which is concerning as I was informed that support is available 24/7.
