Users appreciate keyless gate access and its usefulness in facilities, but reliability is a major problem. Across reviews, doors fail to open repeatedly; Apple Wallet/Apple Pay hijacks the experience; privacy and location permissions are a concern; Bluetooth and iOS integration issues persist; and internet connectivity can lock users out. Users also want features like dark mode, CarPlay, and widgets. Overall, the app is convenient when it works but inconsistent and raises privacy concerns.

Recent reviews

Is supposed to just work with waving your hand but everyone that is a tenant in the building has to pull out their phone and open the app to get in the doors. This is forced upon us by the building management to begin with which is bad enough but then for it to not work as it claims is just worse. Would give zero stars if an option. I would also not have this app if I didn’t have to for work and would have deleted it already.
