The app helps remind you to do Simran throughout the day by giving reminders every so often when you awaken or unlock your phone. You will get a Gurbani quote and the ability to log your Simran in a diary. You can look at your history and you can compare your Simran and phone usage with other users of the app. All data is recorded anonymously.
