Insufficient attendee/buyer contact information after auctions: only usernames are visible; need real names/emails (and more signup contact details such as phone numbers).
No option to import data from previous years, making setup slower for recurring events.
UI polish issues (fonts oversized; text and icons cut off) giving an amateur impression.

This app is terrible. Do not use! Good luck if you are trying to do a fund raiser. Just watch all your money go away.

We used this for a PTO event two years in a row. Set up was okay, no way to import from last year. Payment was confusing to the parents and I’ve had to chase people down for payment. I highly recommend requiring phone numbers and not just email addresses for users.
