However, it suffers from reliability and UX problems: frequent crashes and login issues, weak in-app scheduling, aging-auth complexities for minors, and sluggish performance. These reliability issues outweigh the positives for many users.

Pros

Navigate the Hospital feature provides turn-by-turn directions to departments and locations.
Central information hub with MyChart access and health data in one place.
Find a Doctor feature helps locate doctors and allows quick appointment calls.
Engaging inpatient content like hospital art (SpellBound) and other helpful resources.

Cons

Frequent crashes and instability, including crashes when opening visit summaries or notes, and sessions logging out.
Poor scheduling capabilities; in-app scheduling is limited or ineffective, requiring calls to offices during working hours.
Age/auth complexity when children turn 18 or older, making it hard to access their own records and requiring re-authentication.
Slow performance and a non-intuitive user interface, especially after updates.

We had an outstanding experience @ Lucile Packard Children Hospital Stanford during my daughter’s ablation procedure. The entire staff was exceptional-professional, compassionate and highly skilled. They made sure we were informed and supported every step of the way. We are truly grateful for the excellent care and kindness we received. Highly recommended. We would like to extend our gratitude to Dr. Ceresnak, Genevieve NP, Jonathan RN, Roanne RN, the anesthesiologist and to the rest of the staff that I need not remember the names. You are all amazing. We are forever grateful.
