Recent reviews

None of the apartments from any of the cities were available on the dates I chose. Mind you, I booked apartments in various cities and ALL of them were “booked” for the dates even though they appeared on Spotahome as available. Your best bet is to look elsewhere because it’s giving scam.

Extremely disappointing experience with Spotahome. The apartment I booked had a strong musty smell, including the bedding and the air in the room, making it very unpleasant to stay there. The condition was not what I expected based on the listing. What made the experience even worse was the lack of proper support when I reported the problem. I expected a booking platform to take these issues seriously and help resolve them, but getting assistance was extremely difficult. I would not recommend Spotahome. Be very careful when booking, because if something goes wrong, don’t expect a quick or helpful response from customer support.
