A friend gave me her snap ECG monitor so I could have it. I’ve tried so many times, but the app won’t even let me make an account so I can try and use it. I’ve tried all kinds of ways to get it to work and it just won’t. Very disappointed.

A user is having issues trying to create an account and logging in. When you press the get code button or login button it says “network error”. How can they fix this? Why can they not login or is there a way to bypass the user account?
