I really enjoy going to Coopers Hawk. This App is glitchy at best and it frustrates me because it doesn’t function as it should. I have had a membership for over 6 years and for the love I have tried it all. Delete, reinstall, check for dates but it always crashed and won;t let me log on. I have called the Customer Service line but they think it is a password thing and it is not! They need to spend some time and hire a developer that can make this app work properly. I enjoy the actual restaurant and the wine bar but this APP is literally TRASH!

When it works well, it’s great but so many issues that make it less than efficient. Can’t change a password - can only do that on the actual website and I do, it takes days (if ever) for the app to get updated. I’ve been unable to log-in more than I’ve been able to. Also, the fact that it doesn’t save your login info is annoying AF. 🙄
