Gujarat Energy Ltd (GEL) Mobile App helps PNG and CNG customers manage essential energy services from one convenient platform. PNG customers can request new gas connections, view and download recent bills, pay bills online or with Insta Pay, review payment history, submit and track complaints, and send meter readings. The app also provides graphical consumption history, bill and payment alerts, emergency contacts, gas rates, FAQs, safety guidance, contact detail updates, and GEL news.

CNG users can locate nearby stations, browse stations by list, or find stations along a route using map-based navigation. Additional tools include a fuel savings calculator, city-wise directories of authorized CNG kit suppliers, cylinder testing centres, and CNG FAQs.
