I’m trying to use the app and it gives me a code to verify who I am as if being on my phone isn’t enough… then it asks me to reset my pen to a four digit number. And won’t accept any combination of numbers it gives me an error.

As of July 1 2026, they’ve started charging convenience fees for ALL app parking sessions again - even when you’ve preloaded and are using a wallet as the funding source (0.30). Scam. If you don’t preload, fee is higher (0.47). Meter is ALWAYS cheaper. Weirdly, fees with credit card at meter are lower than both of these (0.22) - despite always charging the credit card each transaction. Of course, cash at meters leads to no fee. Either way, meters are cheaper - use those. Skip this scam.
