User Reviews

Overall sentiment is mixed. Users praise the app for its workout variety, customization, timers, and motivational design, but repeatedly complain about unclear subscriptions, billing issues, unreliable access, and a dated UX with restrictive licensing and buggy profile controls.
Pros
  • Wide variety of workouts and different music options.
  • Highly customizable routines and the ability to create personalized workouts.
  • Built-in timer with audible cues to guide workouts.
  • Easy to use and motivating, helping users stay on track.
  • Provides feedback and adjustable levels for progression.
Cons
  • Confusing subscription model and paywall; workouts appear free until you must subscribe on the website, with little clarity in the App Store.
  • Billing and login inconsistencies; users are charged or told they are not subscribed, with little or no responsive support.
  • Reliability issues; app goes down frequently and login/access can fail.
  • Profile/account setup problems; cannot create a profile or edit basic info (birthdate, height, weight).
  • Licensing and UX limitations; outdated interface with single-device sessions and forced logouts, plus missing features like adding personal music or moves.
Recent reviews
This app makes it look like it’s free to use but once you put in all your info you can only access a few very short demos. To actually access the workouts you have to go to their web page and subscribe. The “Info” section on the App Store does not show any info for having to pay to use the app. Very deceptive. And once you’ve entered your info in order to log in, there is no way to delete it. I’d give it zero stars if that was a choice because of their dishonesty.

Can't create profile, birthdate incorrect, height not in feet/inches, weight not in pounds - can't change it. What's wrong with this thing?

On the surface you may think you’re getting an app with modern, quality recorded workouts but no - you get a creepy Sim figure doing the routines. As others have said you’ll do much better going onto YouTube for an endless selection of free videos with a great deal of variety to meet you where you are.
